Do you listen to other opinions carefully?

I basically agree with that idea. Through listening carefully, you can get a lot of new and diffrent ideas and understand

what the empolyees want and needs. So you can make your workplace stay competitive, effective, and friendly.

 However, it doesn't mean that you always have to follow their ideas. The final decision is the supervisor's.

After listening to the employees, the supervisor should try to make a fair and proper decision.
