A1 : I usually go to school/work by bus.

it's the easiest way to commute especially during rush hour.

A2: I usually go to school by subway. It's the fastest way to get there. My neighborhood has easy access to it.

My neighborhood has easy access to public transportation. such as bus, subway, taxi.

 

A3 : I usually drive to work. Because the access to public transportation is not so easy in my neighborhood.

A1: It usually takes around 30minutes to get there.

A2: It usually takes around 45 minutes to school

It depend on 'traffic' though

 

Q : What are the advantages of going to work or school by subway?

A: You can always make it in time by taking the subway. There is no traffic jam. Also, it saves you time.

There is almost no chance of being late even during rush hours. In addition, it's relatively cheap.
